Charleigh is currently training with The Pilates Programme after falling in love with Pilates a year ago. Fitness and movement have always been part of Charleigh’s work as an Actress and her classes will help you feel stronger and move better.

Charleigh’s Weekly Timetable
All classes are 45 minutes with a 15-minute cool-down between sessions. Individual slots can be booked through our booking system.
